1. LICENSE OVERVIEW

This Personal Listening License (“License”) is a legal agreement between the purchaser (“Licensee”) and [Your Name or Artist Name] (“Licensor”). By purchasing and/or downloading any audio content (“Music”) from [Your Store Name / Website], the Licensee agrees to the terms outlined below.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the purchased Music solely for personal listening purposes.

3. PERMITTED USES

The Licensee may:

  • ❌ Sell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or share the Music with others.
  • ❌ Claim ownership or authorship of the Music.

5. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Music remain with the Licensor. This License does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use or distribution of the Music is a violation of copyright law and this agreement.

6. TERMINATION

This License is automatically terminated if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all copies of the Music in their possession.

7. NO WARRANTIES

The Music is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Licensor is not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Music.
