1. LICENSE OVERVIEW<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This Personal Listening License (“License”) is a legal agreement between the purchaser (“Licensee”) and EasierIT label (“Licensor”). By purchasing and\/or downloading any audio content (“Music”) from mouseband.top, the Licensee agrees to the terms outlined below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

2. GRANT OF LICENSE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive<\/strong>, non-transferable<\/strong>, non-commercial<\/strong> license to use the purchased Music solely for personal listening purposes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. PERMITTED USES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Licensee may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • \u2705 Download the Music for personal enjoyment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u2705 Store and play the Music on personal devices (computer, phone, tablet, media player, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u2705 Make personal backups of the Music for safekeeping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u2705 Listen to the Music in private environments (home, car, headphones, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    4. PROHIBITED USES
    <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Licensee may NOT<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • \u274c Upload or post the Music to public platforms (e.g., YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify, Discord, file sharing sites, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • \u274c Use the Music in videos, podcasts, livestreams, games, or any multimedia projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • \u274c Remix, modify, or alter the Music in any form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • \u274c Use the Music for public performances or broadcasts (radio, TV, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • \u274c Sell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or share the Music with others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • \u274c Claim ownership or authorship of the Music.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      5. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      All rights, title, and interest in and to the Music remain with the Licensor. This License does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use or distribution of the Music is a violation of copyright law and this agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. TERMINATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      This License is automatically terminated if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all copies of the Music in their possession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. NO WARRANTIES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The Music is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Licensor is not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. CONTACT & CUSTOM LICENSES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you would like to use the Music in videos, games, performances, or other commercial settings, please contact [your email] to request a custom commercial license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9. GOVERNING LAW<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      This License shall be governed by the laws of Poland<\/p>\n\n\n\n
